Project Management

I led all aspects of a self-publishing project, authored by CEO Michael Delman. I helped outline content, created a timeline for completion, wrote some content, sourced and managed developmental and copy editors, and used the Ingram Spark platform to upload and distribute the book. I then coordinated and promoted a multi-state book tour.

I helped a growth-phase company transition to HubSpot CRM/CMS. I coordinated with integration specialists for a staged rollout for Sales, Operations, and Marketing Teams, to ensure minimal disruption. I served as the principal point of contact for the transition. Then, I examined current manual processes and created workflow automations to enhance efficiency and scalability for all teams.

Public Speaking

I’ve led over 40 in-person presentations, as well as moderated over 30 live webinars for parent and professional groups.

I coordinated exceptional panels, prepared run-of-show guidance for panelists and tech support teams, and fielded live questions from attendees. Viewership ranged from 50 to 500 participants.
